Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders.
Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been confirmed and dispatched.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued for returned products, as returns are not accepted.
Damaged or
Incorrect Products
If a product is delivered in a damaged condition or an incorrect item is received:
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Proof in the form of clear images or videos of the product and outer packaging must be provide
After verification, we may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be provided.
