Qline Packaging shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, or design issues approved by the customer before production.
Additional charges may apply for design modifications after approval.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Customers submitting logos, artwork, or trademarks confirm that they possess the necessary rights and permissions for their use.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, logistics, and external factors.
Qline Packaging shall not be liable for delays caused by transportation issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, supplier delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk and responsibility for products may transfer as specified in the agreed commercial terms.

9. Quality and Product Performance

Qline Packaging manufactures products in accordance with industry standards and agreed specifications.

Customers are responsible for:

Conducting testing and validation where required.
Ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations applicable to their products.

10. Claims and Complaints

Any claim regarding shortages, defects, or damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Qline Packaging reserves the right to inspect the products before determining an appropriate resolution.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Qline Packaging's total liability shall not exceed the value of the products supplied under the relevant order.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or revenue.

Any business information, quotations, packaging concepts, pricing information, technical specifications, or commercial discussions exchanged between Qline Packaging and customers shall be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
